Accuracy , preision and least count of measuring instruments

  Hello and welcome to today's blog post! Today we'll be discussing the important characteristics of measuring instruments, namely accuracy, precision, and least count. Accuracy refers to how close a measured value is to the true value of the quantity being measured. It is the degree of closeness of the measurement to the actual value. In other words, it is a measure of how well an instrument can measure a value accurately. Accuracy is an important aspect of any measuring instrument because it determines how reliable the results are. Precision, on the other hand, refers to how consistent a measuring instrument is when repeated measurements are taken. It is the degree to which repeated measurements under the same conditions show the same results. Precision is important when the goal is to detect small changes in a quantity over time or when comparing measurements made with different instruments.
